Shipping policy

Ravera Leather makes and personalizes leather wallets in Pakistan. We currently accept online orders for delivery within Pakistan. If delivery to your area is unavailable, we will contact you before production begins and offer an alternative or a refund of any payment received. We do not currently offer international checkout.

Production and delivery are separate stages. Some wallets are made or engraved after an order is confirmed. The production estimate shown on the relevant product page or in our order confirmation applies before the parcel is handed to a courier. A design requiring customer proof approval, an unavailable leather article, or a special request can extend this estimate; we will contact you if this happens. A currently listed pre-order wallet says to allow approximately 2–3 weeks for crafting and delivery. That estimate should not be assumed to apply to every future product.

Courier transit begins after dispatch. The estimated delivery date and any shipping charge shown at checkout or communicated in your order confirmation are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery may take longer in remote areas, during holidays, bad weather, or courier disruption. We will let you know when we become aware of a significant delay and discuss the available options.

Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number, and contact us promptly if anything needs correcting. Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details when the courier provides them. If a delivery attempt fails because the address was incomplete or the recipient was unavailable, we will discuss any courier re-delivery charge with you before arranging another attempt.

If a parcel appears damaged, is missing, or does not arrive after the courier's expected timeframe, email raveraleather@gmail.com with your order number and any useful photographs. We will investigate with the courier and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Please do not send a product to an address you found elsewhere; we will provide the correct return instructions after reviewing your request.
