Ravera Leather sells genuine leather wallets and related accessories through ravera.store. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and personalization details and to review the product description, price and applicable policies before confirming your purchase. The prices and payment options available to you will be shown at checkout when the store is open for orders. While the store is paused, products may be browsed but checkout is unavailable.

Product photographs are illustrative. Natural leather can vary in grain, markings and shade, and its appearance will change with use. We aim to describe each product accurately. If an item is materially different from its description or arrives faulty, contact us under the Returns, exchanges and refunds policy.

For engraving, you are responsible for checking the spelling, pattern, placement and other details you submit or approve. If we send a design proof, production may wait for your approval. You confirm that you are entitled to submit any text, logo or artwork you provide and permit us and our production partners to use it solely to make your order. We may ask you to revise content that we reasonably believe infringes another person's rights or is unlawful, abusive or discriminatory. If we cannot fulfill the agreed design, we will discuss alternatives or refund any payment for the unfulfilled item.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an article or material is unavailable, or we cannot make the requested design, we will contact you to agree on a replacement, revised date or refund. Production and shipping estimates are described in our Shipping policy. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Returns, exchanges and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
